Flutter, React Native or native: decide first, then learn.
Before choosing a mobile development course there is a question most syllabi skip: does this app need to be native? In the projects we see at TintoDev, most business apps (orders, inventory, customer portals) work fine with Flutter or React Native and a single codebase for Android and iOS. Going native with Kotlin or Swift pays off when the app leans heavily on hardware, on graphics performance or on features Apple and Google have just released. This selection is built around that distinction. We pick courses that build a complete app, with navigation, API calls and store publishing, because that is where the real problems show up, and we leave out the ones stuck on old SDK versions. There are Spanish-language courses to get started; for advanced topics, the reference courses are usually in English.

An English-language course for learning React Native by building Android and iOS apps, with a movie app powered by the TMDB API as its centerpiece. We would recommend it to anyone who already knows JavaScript and some React and wants to practice API integration, light and dark themes and state management on a concrete project.
A Spanish-language course for building native Android apps from scratch with the stack Google currently recommends: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Material 3. We would recommend it because it teaches the language before the screens and includes practical topics such as Git, navigation and coroutines.

Both work for business apps in production, and the choice usually depends more on the team than on the technology. If you already work with JavaScript or React, React Native saves you learning a new language. If you are starting from scratch, Flutter offers a very consistent development experience and Dart is quick to pick up.
When the app depends on hardware (advanced camera, Bluetooth, sensors), needs top graphics performance or uses system features as soon as they ship. For forms, catalogues, orders and customer portals, a cross-platform app is usually enough and one team can maintain it.
To build and publish to the App Store, yes, because Xcode only runs on macOS. You can learn Flutter or React Native on Windows or Linux while testing on Android, and leave iOS for when you have access to a Mac or a cloud build service.
If you already code, you can have a simple app running within a few weeks with Flutter or React Native. If you are starting from zero, plan on several months: the language first, then the framework. The first store release usually takes longer than expected because of review and signing setup.
Yes, there are good courses in Spanish, especially for Flutter and introductory Android. The catalogue mixes Spanish and English courses, and each listing shows the language of the course. For SwiftUI and advanced topics, the reference courses are usually in English.
